The Associate Director, Learning & Development – Commercial Skeletal Conditions (US) is a critical commercial capability leader responsible for building and delivering high-impact, compliant learning solutions that drive field performance and patient impact. 
 
This role is not a traditional training role. It is ahands-on, business-embedded leaderwho translates brand strategy into capability, elevates field effectiveness, and ensures audit-ready execution at all times. 
 
The individual will play a foundational role innew hire onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous upskilling, while helping shape the future of learning through innovative, scalable approaches. 
Above all, your leadership will ensure BioMarin’s commercial teams are capability-ready to compete and win and that every learning initiative translates into better outcomes for patients with rare skeletal conditions.

1. Business-Aligned Capability Strategy 
  • Act as the primary learning partner to the US Skeletal Conditions business 
  • Translate brand strategy, POA priorities, and field needs into targeted learning plans

  • Design and deliver high-quality learning across modalities:

  • Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred
